1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rodins' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Scope

Rodins provides AI-powered digital solutions and automation services, including but not limited to:

• AI automation systems
• Workflow automation solutions
• Business process optimization
• Data processing and AI-assisted analytics
• Custom digital infrastructure and integrations
• Strategic AI and automation consulting
• Lead generation and operational systems

Through its internal design branch, Kral Studio, Rodins also provides:

• Product design
• UI/UX design
• Website design and development
• Landing pages and digital experiences
• Branding and visual systems

All services are provided “as is” and are subject to the specific terms outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual PropertyUnless otherwise specified in writing:

• You retain ownership of your data and content
• Rodins retains ownership of proprietary methodologies and frameworks
• Custom solutions developed for clients become the client's property upon full payment
• Rodins reserves the right to use anonymized case studies for marketing purposes

4. Data Privacy & Security

We take data security seriously. All client data is handled in accordance with industry best practices and applicable privacy laws. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Ensuring they have rights to any data provided
• Timely feedback and approvals during project phases
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Compliance with applicable laws in their use of our services

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.

8. Termination & Modifications

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual agreements.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of Rodins FZE services shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
